Our Story Contact Form plugin does not save message submissions in the WordPress database. However, messages may remain in email accounts, email service systems, and their backups.
To limit repeated submissions, the plugin temporarily stores a salted hash derived from the connection’s IP address. It does not store the raw IP address for this rate-limiting feature. Cleanup is scheduled after approximately three minutes, although deletion may occur later if WordPress scheduled tasks are delayed.
Hosting, security, or email providers may separately maintain technical logs.
4. Cookies
The contact form does not itself set visitor cookies or use advertising trackers.
WordPress may use cookies for authorized users signing in to administer the website. Other cookies may be used if required by enabled website features.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect features that rely on them.

We do not currently use a visitor analytics service such as Google Analytics or a marketing tracking tool such as Meta Pixel.
